Excerpt
from "A Bridge of Hope"
People
around you sometimes make life very hard, but there
is an old cliché that says hurting people, hurt
people. I know that every time someone hurts me, they
are either hurting, or unconsciously crying out for
healing. God is in control of your life and theirs and
everyday is a gift and a new mercy and what you do with
that is up to you. Everyone is held accountable to God
for his or her choices, so knowing that, you are the
only one who can decide to be a victim no more!
This testimonial is in two parts, the first is my story
and the second part is how we being to overcome our
healing from our pasts. Please remember that as we go
through this testimonial, that I actually came through
it, so remember that whatever the case is with you,
whether it be abuse, mistrust, low self-esteem, or unforgiveness,
this can help you, too. Remember that God loves you
and so do I.

A
Bridge of Hope Workbook & Journal
Designed
to Help Overcome
The Effects of Abuse & Unforgiveness
Written By:
Kimberly Benson, author of “A Bridge of Hope”
This
workbook and journal was designed to be a healing tool
for individuals or groups. It may be taught as a seven-week
study in a group counseling or classroom session.
Please
remember to pray to God for you specifically, as each
of our hurts and pasts are different. There are pages
for you to take notes in or you may want to start a journal
to help in your forgiveness journey.
There
are some questions at the back of each session to help
stir up thought-provoking healing. Remember that healing
means you will have to open up to your past, but if you
are truly in this for deliverance, it will be well worth
it.
